ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Guarantee

Prescientx  is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the ship date, so  long as you have the original packaging. You will be refunded in full,  with no restocking fees.

Masks and all the Mask and Filtration products are excluded from the return policy.

Can I modify an order once it has been submitted?

Once  your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. If you wish to purchase additional merchandise, please do so as part of a new  transaction.

Return Process 

  1. Contact Prescientx at customerservice@prescientx.com or 888-885-9030 with your order number to receive authorization for  your return. If the item was defective or damaged in shipping, we will  issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, you will be  responsible for return shipping and may use a carrier of your choice.
  2. We will not accept any refunds past 30 days from your ship date. 
  3. If you believe that your item was damaged in shipping, you must  contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with you to  resolve the issue.
  4. You will be sent an email as confirmation of your return and/or refund.

Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Prescientx at customerservice@prescientx.com or 888-885-9030 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped,  we will issue an immediate refund, and you will be sent an email as  confirmation of your order cancelation and refund. If your order has  shipped, please refer to the Return Process.

Disclaimer

Any refund of payment must be made to the card originally used at time of  purchase; it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your  credit card statement.

Zoono hand sanitizer is subject to their manufacturer’s warranty which states  that any returned goods must be unopened and unused. Zoono will not  accept returns for open or used items unless the item is faulty. If the  claim is for faulty product, it may need to be returned for  investigation.

Outside of our return policy, products are subject to their manufacturer’s warranty. 

Installation, training and labour of any kind are not included in the warranty.
